Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to open and maintain a bdbdj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have only one bdbdj account and have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bdbdj for a Terms violation.
• You are not using any automated software, artificial intelligence, or bot to interact with the bdbdj platform.
• The funds you deposit and use for wagering are your own legally obtained funds and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdbdj platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdbdj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances where multiple accounts are identified.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering a bdbdj account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other information bdbdj reasonably requests as part of the registration or KYC process. bdbdj reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

3.3 KYC Verification

bdbdj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. bdbdj will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed required KYC verification. Submission of false or forged documents will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.

3.4 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbdj login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bdbdj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your bdbdj account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdbdj support immediately at [email protected] and change your password.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed in the bdbdj cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bdbdj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made in error or from unverified payment sources may be returned and the associated account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdbdj account. bdbdj processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed in under 15 minutes. bdbdj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts on bdbdj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the symbol ৳. bdbdj is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider when processing international card transactions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bdbdj operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with internationally recognised standards. bdbdj may monitor player transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Where suspicious activity is identified, bdbdj reserves the right to freeze an account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a bdbdj account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limit for completion, and maximum bet per round while a bonus is active will be specified in the promotion detail page. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

bdbdj reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any other strategy intended to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play. Examples of prohibited bonus conduct include but are not limited to: making bets with no genuine gaming intent, placing opposite bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

5.3 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a bdbdj promotion are valid only on the designated game or games specified in the promotion terms, for the duration stated, and at the bet level assigned by bdbdj. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state that free spin winnings are credited as real money.

6.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet placed on bdbdj is confirmed only once the platform has issued a bet confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the player's real-money or bonus balance. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled after confirmation. bdbdj reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, where the outcome is already determined, or where a technical error has affected the offered odds.

6.2 Void Bets and Suspended Markets

bdbdj may void a bet or suspend a market at any time if it determines that odds were posted in error, if the event has been cancelled or postponed, if the integrity of the event is in question, or if the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's bdbdj balance. bdbdj's decision on voided bets is final.

6.3 Casino Game Rules and RNG

Casino games available on bdbdj, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate under the specific rules defined by the game provider. All bdbdj slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the relevant game element (cards, roulette wheel, dice). bdbdj does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are those published by the respective game providers.

Prohibited Behaviours Include

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the bdbdj platform in any way.
• Registering or operating more than one bdbdj account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bdbdj platform software to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on bdbdj.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using bdbdj for any money laundering purpose.

10.1 bdbdj's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

bdbdj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• bdbdj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through bdbdj's responsible gaming tools.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bdbdj account at any time by contacting bdbdj support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
